I loved an Integral yoga with Anelise. Beautiful spirit that was explaining postures very well and even played a guitar and singed for Savasana! Studio is nice, clean and cosy and staff very nice. Will be back 😉 I just wish there were some classes in English...

It’s was freezing and people were wearing coats in the class, the instructor wasn’t paying much attention, was same efficient as a video on the internet of a yoga class. The receptionist didn’t show around or explain anything.
