Combina los principios de Pilates con el HIIT. Es un entrenamiento divertido y con resultados inmediatos. Anti-Gravity se practica en 60 minutos sin calor. Es una clase centrada en la apertura de áreas específicas del cuerpo, lesionadas, desalineadas y sobre utilizadas. Hot Hatha se practica en 60 minutos a 40ºC. Es una clase pensada para las personas que aunque no tengan mucho tiempo, quieran igualmente practicar hot yoga. Meditación Mindfulness en 25 minutos sin calor. Es una clase guiada, basada en la atención plena de la Clínica de Reducción de Estrés de la Universidad de Massachusetts.

The space is very open and clean, and it is agreeable being onsite right from the moment you step in. There is a warm and smiling welcome at reception. Lockers with keys are provided for free, and it costs 4€ to borrow a towel + yoga mat if you don’t have them with you. The yoga room is large with plenty of mirrors to check your positions, and the session is dynamic. It was my first time doing Bikram and I was advised to take it easy, and placed in a spot where the teacher could keep an eye on me. I would recommend this to anyone trying it out for the first time!

They made you fill a long and idiot form and charge if you don’t bring your own towel or mattress. I didn’t went to the class since this is purely abusive and ridiculous. Not recommended
Sorry you did not try the class for this reason. we try to be as clear as possible before hand. we did not want you to be upset over the checkin process. All students need to fill out a registration form, European rules, we ask you to come 15 mins early. Everyone needs a mat & towel, if you don’t have one we rent them. It is hot yoga & you sweat a lot! so higenically it is not ridiculous we ask this. We were saddened that you never tried the class. We hope you will come back.

The person at the front desk who is also the teacher is very rude, like annoyed by people and their questions, no matter how nicely they ask. When you write to them it is the same experience. And it is not just with me, I saw how he talked to other participants who were pretty shocked. This and the fact that this center is a franchise of the Bikram school (meaning a part of their support the lifestyle of a sexual abuser in exile) makes it impossible for me to come back again. Sorry.
Hi. I am sorry about your experience with our teacher. He is usually a very nice person and helpful. His English is not as subtle as his Spanish. I apologize. We are not a franchise of the Bikram school and never have been. This is an independently women owned school since 2006. We have never paid a franchise fee to Bikram or any royalties. we do but we do not support him or his actions; especially not his lifestyle.
