Consiste en un monitor que te hace una rutina específica, y junto con otras pocas personas la ejecutais a la vez (cada uno la suya). Siempre me he aburrido y desmotivado en los gimnasios, pero eso me gustó mucho y rendí al máximo. Voy a volver.
