Siempre me ha sido difícil tener constancia en los gimnasios normales y en la Sala Paleo no! Cada día la rutina es diferente tanto en ejercicios como en intensidad además engancha mucho usar cuerdas, troncos y otros elementos. Probadlo y os enganchará!
Very friendly and professional staff. I arrived early so they could walk me through the group workout before the class started. The workout was challenging, fun, and involved movements I’d never done before. 10/10 recommend :)
