Las clases son increíbles! Las instructoras tienen mucho entusiasmo y una energía super. Definitivamente regresaré ✨
I really liked most of the teachers I've tried, although I think vinyasa is very generic and I think it can be very attractive to add a bit of teaching and philosophy, singing, pranayamas, etc. What I think they can definitely improve on is the room temperature, there is no air conditioning and there are two fixed fans for those in the front row. I am sure that I am not going to return to his classes until it is less hot, because the other day I could not continue with the class.
