Buenas instalaciones. He ido a conditioning por la mañana y el grupo era reducido, buen ambiente y coach atento.
Friendly, helpful trainers, good location next to Estacio Nord.
Clase muy buena. Buen trato. Explican bien y proponen alternativas. Puntos débiles: warmup (a veces si) y estiramientos no incluidos, ambiente un poco "frío", no hay mucha interacción, el coach no ayuda a unir la gente.
Sala guay, profe super simpática y muy pedagoga
