We encourage modalities adapted to the contemporary world and the needs of the current rhythm, close and communicative teaching methods where teachers are the forerunners of the philosophy of unity through relationships with their students. Nice class and incredible bathrooms & showers
Thank you!! We want you to enjoy a magnificent stay in Frizzant. Our showers are individual so you can enjoy a relaxing moment after a yoga class. Here we have towels, gels, shampoos, hair conditioner and hand creams from Meraki, brand of organic cosmetics that works only with natural and ecological ingredients. All their products are vegan and cruelty free. You don't need to bring anything! Hope to see you soon in a class :)
